Aseptic Technologies Launches AT-Cellyx for Streamlined Cell Mixing and Cooling

Aseptic Technologies, a leader in advanced aseptic filling solutions, announces the launch of the AT-Cellyx, a new equipment solution designed to streamline the final processing of cell therapy manufacturing by combining controlled mixing and cooling in one integrated device. An optional in-line cell counter can be added to provide cell concentration monitoring before the filling step.
The AT-Cellyx ensures optimal formulated product homogeneity (mixing) and thermal control, ensuring consistency throughout the batch and reducing manual handling. This innovation answers a requirement of the industry, where precision, reproducibility, and process integration are critical.

The AT-Cellyx is compatible with Aseptic Technologies’ existing closed filling systems, designed to maintain sterility and reduce contamination risks throughout the process.
