We do not keep any personal data from you other than those we need in the frame of our business collaboration. The information we may collect is limited to your name and first name, your company, business address and position, your professional email address and telephone/fax number.

We recognize only two ways to collect your personal data, both being at your own initiative: either you handed over your business card to us, physically or by email, or you actively subscribed to our newsletter via our website. We never buy or use third-party database.

We store your personal data in our ERP system. This is a secure, password-protected system, and the data are stored on servers located in the EU.

In the frame of our day-to-day business relationship.
We will email you periodically with information about Aseptic Technologies’ activities and events and, occasionally, other related activities or information we think may be of interest to you. You can, at any time, unsubscribe of these using the link available on all our mailings.
We always aim to improve the services we offer. As a result, we occasionally canvass our customers using surveys. Participation in surveys is voluntary, and you are under no obligation to reply to any survey you might receive from us.
We do not handle any personal financial data other than those relating to our employees. Also, we do not manage payments by other means than bank transfer, cheque or official authorized payment processing system (such as PayPal).
5. Sharing your data
Your personal data are only available to Aseptic Technologies and its affiliates. We will never share your data with third-party organizations.

7. The website
Traffic patterns/site statistics
We may monitor visitor traffic patterns, site usage and related site information in order to optimize your use of the site. We use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
