Aseptic Technologies developed a single use connector system, based on alpha-beta principle, allowing liquid sterile products to be transferred simply and safely, towards or from contained areas, via a mini Rapid Transfer Port.

  

In November 2005, Aseptic Technologies signed a Distribution Agreement with Sartorius, now Sartorius-Stedim Biotech. Under the terms of this agreement, Sartorius holds the exclusive rights to market and distribute Aseptic Technologies' sterile liquid transfer system worldwide.
