The Laboratory Crystal® M1 Filling Station has been developed to meet small scale pharmaceutical filling. Being manually activated, the filling capacity depends on operator capabilities, with batch size ranging from a few up to 1,500 vials (two operators), on a single shift basis.
 |
Fully compliant with cGMP requirements, the Laboratory Crystal® M1 Filling Station is able to process all sizes of ready-to-fill Crystal® Closed Vials (from 1 to 50 ml) thanks to a single format part : the vial supporting base.
The complete system is intended for operation in ISO5 conditions, type of containment according to specific product requirements.

The Laboratory Crystal® L1 Robot Line has been designed to address the research lots manufacturing small stability and niche products production. Typically, a batch would represent a few hundreds of vials up to 5,000 vials a day.
 |
The Laboratory Crystal® L1 Robot Line can be easily operated by one person and is suitable for different operating environments: from a “table-top” equipment to be placed under an existing laminar hood, up to stand-alone equipment having its own envelope, e.g. for highly potent products processing.
The Laboratory Crystal® L1 Robot Line only requires electricity to operate.
|
The main characteristics of the Laboratory Crystal® L1 Robot Line are:
-
Very limited space required as the core equipment footprint is approximately 1 sq. m. (~ 10 sq. ft.) size;
-
Use of robotic technology to ensure fast, reliable and accurate operations as well as maximum flexibility regarding vial format (even glass vials can be filled and stoppered) ;
-
Ready-to-Fill Closed Vials are processed in racks, manually positioned and automatically filled, laser re-sealed and capped by the 6 axis clean room robot;
-
Flexible vial entry procedure and barrier system according to project’ specifications;
-
Equipment is suitable for installation in the most complex environment such as isolators and meets all requirements from authorities to be approved as GMP production line, including for potent and bio-hazard products.
