Creation of Aseptic Technologies with offices situated in Gembloux, in the south of Brussels, Belgium

2003   
Presentation of the concept of the Closed Vial to the American FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and to the EMEA (European Medicines Agency)
Commissioning of the first prototype of Closed Vial manufacturing line

2004   
Commissioning of the first Closed Vial Filling Line of the Production Crystal® C1 Filling Line (25 vials/min). 

2005
   
First successful medial fill with that Production Crystal® C1 Filling Line.
Presentation of validation data to the FDA

2006
   
Commissioning of the first Closed Vial Filling Line of the Production Crystal® P6 Filling Line (150 vials/min) and successful medial fill.
PQ of the first vial manufacturing industrial line, full scale
Inauguration of the first aseptic filling facility equipped with a Closed Vial Filling Line (Gembloux)

2007
   
First Production Crystal® C2 Filling Line delivered
Crystal® filling facility approved as GMP manufacturing site by EMEA. Two DMF (Drug Master File) filed at CBER (US Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research) and CDER (US Center for Drug Evaluation and Research) for contract filling at Aseptic Technologies facility

2008   
Launch of new development programs for Laboratory scale equipment and Clinical line for toxic and bio-hazard products
First GMP stability studies launched in Closed Vials
First clinical study performed with Closed Vials

2009   
Our GMP approved filling suite, installed to support stability and clinical batches filling, won the Facility Of the Year award in Equipment Innovation 
The Laboratory Crystal® L1 Robot Line has been successfully tested and presented at Interphex exhibition


2010  
Successful commissioning of a Laboratory Crystal® M1 Filling Station at Lonza Walkersville premises.
